Aspire Disability Support Group offers high-quality, affordable supported holidays for travellers with disabilities and those requiring respite care. As a Registered NDIA Provider and part of the award-winning Spencer Group of Companies—founded by Penny Spencer in Sydney in 1998—we combine expertise with compassionate service to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Our supported holidays are designed with our clients in mind, featuring attentive, caring assistance and staff-to-client ratios to ensure everyone feels safe, supported, and valued. We are dedicated to providing great value and above all to create fun, memorable experiences that our clients can treasure.

Our support-to-client ratios range from 1:1 up to 1:4, ensuring every guest receives the attention and care they need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Comprehensive care by a skilled team.

Our Support Team is highly qualified, with each member bringing 5+ to 35 years of experience in disability support. All support personnel are thoroughly trained and hold the required certifications, including a Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, NDIS Worker Screening check, Police Check, and reference checks. For Client’s needing nursing care, we also have a Registered Nurse available.

Active overnight Support is an option for those who require overnight assistance.

Personalised care and support services, including day support and supported holidays, across Newcastle, Maitland, Port Stephens, and Northern Rivers.
