Aspire Disability Support Group provides high-quality, great value, assisted holidays for travellers with a disability or those with respite care requirements. We are a Registered Provider with the NDIA and are powered by the Spencer Group of Companies – an award-winning, licensed Travel Agency group founded by Penny Spencer in Sydney in 1998. 

Our supported holidays feature genuine, caring service and assistance, and high support staff ratios. We are committed to our clients, to great value and – most importantly – to delivering fun and memorable holiday experiences for all.

Your Support Personnel

The support-to-guest ratios on an Aspire Supported Holidays tour ensures that we can cater to a 1:1 ratio right through to a 1:4 ratio.

Our Support Personnel all have at least 10-5 years’ experience in the field.  It is a requirement that each of our support worker has their WWCC, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Police Check, and reference check. We have a Registered Nurse if nursing care is required (Additional Cost Applies).

We also offer ‘Active’ Night Awake shift support personnel, should you require this service. Prices do vary from trip to trip, so please contact us for rates and full details.


We want to re-define travel for people with disabilities. We know that exploring the world together creates an atmosphere of harmony among people with disabilities.

We take care of all your Accommodation requirements and requests. We provide high quality, 4 + 1/2-star accessible rooms.


Aspire Supported Holidays take the worry out of finding the best airfares. All our international holidays include airfares from a designated departure city. To secure the best airfares, we may require a slightly larger deposit than those charged by some other providers. This ensures you will not end up with any unexpected fare increases, airline taxes or other costs.

We recommend you book early to take advantage of our specially negotiated group airfare discounts.

Aspire Supported Holidays can also arrange domestic connecting flights should you wish to join us from other parts of Australia! (Additional cost applies)

Likewise, we can offer pre & post tour additions for a flat fee of $395.00 per person. This includes accommodation, dinner and breakfast and Support Personnel from 5.00 pm the night prior until tour commencement the following morning.

All our prices are in Australian dollars, and domestic holidays include GST. There is no GST component on international holidays.

Care Ratios

Aspire Supported Holidays are individualised to provide you with the absolute best holiday experience. To cater for your needs and deliver a safe holiday experience, we apply ratios to provide the appropriate level of care you need.

The ratios reflect the number of Support Personnel allocated per guest on each holiday.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is as essential as your passport, no matter your travel destination outside of Australia.

If you incur medical expenses while overseas and you do not have travel insurance, you will be personally liable for covering these costs.

** Due to the border changes we are currently not offering any supported group holidays at this current stage. We are however conducting many 1:1 Supported Trips to NSW destinations such as Central Coast, Port Stephens, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Byron Bay and the Tweed Coast to avoid border closures. These can be charged from the participants Core Support Budget as STA/Respite.
